Love Is Blind season 4 has officially entered the Internet’s public forum, with everyone eagerly settling in to catch up on another round of blind dates, love, and messy drama as episodes drop each Friday. This time around, the breakout Netflix dating show has contestants finding love in Seattle, and even though is still waiting for the 12th and final episode, there’s already a lot of drama to unpack.
Of course, the standard format is the same: 30 singles have dates through a wall in “pods,” where they get to know each other based on conversation and connection—not looks. The contestants don’t actually meet face-to-face until they decide to get engaged and, you know, that’s kind of a big deal. From there, they take things into the real world and do their best to keep their ‘ship thriving.
Heads up: There’s a solid mean girls vibe happening this season, along with a lot of emotions (expect plenty of tears!) and preemptive breakups. Nick and Vanessa Lachey are back as hosts, and there are 15 new men and 15 new women to obsess over. So, what can you expect this season? Here’s all the info you need to know, plus spoilers.
Who are the main cast members?
In true LIB fashion, the cast starts out with a very large crew that goes on various dates in the pods, but the 30 contestants quickly get pared down to a select few. Viewers follow their relationships and conversations in the pods. Here’s who you’ll want to keep an eye on and follow closely:
- Marshall Glaze, 27, a Seattle-based marketing manager and filmmaker.
- Jackelina Bonds, a 27-year-old dental assistant from Washington.
- Micah Lussier, a 27-year-old marketing manager from Phoenix, Arizona.
- Paul Peden, a 29-year-old environmental scientist and amateur chef from Seattle.
- Chelsea Griffin, 31, a speech language pathologist.
- Kwame Appiah, 33, a sales development manager from Portland, Oregon.
- Brett Brown, 36, a design director from Portland, Oregon.
- Tiffany Pennywell, 37, a client lead recruiter from Houston, Texas.
- Bliss Poureetezadi, a 33-year-old senior program manager.
- Irina Solomonova, a 26-year-old business owner in Seattle.
- Zack Goytowski, 31, a criminal defense attorney in Wenatchee, Washington.
There’s going to be a live reunion.
The show just announced that for the first time ever, they will have a live reunion on April 16, with couples and singles coming together. You can watch the live show on Netflix starting at 8pm EST.
The cast will “unravel all the season’s twists and turns, share reactions to watching their stories unfolds and find out which couples are still together after saying ‘I do’ and ‘I don’t,'” according to People.
And Nick and Vanessa truly have no idea what is going to go down. That’s the beauty of a live show, folks!

Who gets engaged?
Five couples end up getting engaged out of the pods, taking the leap to say “Yes!” and later meet their new fiancé. Those lucky pod-squad contestants include:
- Jackelina and Marshall
- Micah and Paul
- Brett and Tiffany
- Chelsea and Kwame
- Zack and Irina
Of course, everyone knows the real drama happens after that point, when the couples have to make it work IRL… They head off to Mexico for some quality TLC together.

Who breaks up?
Unfortunately, two couples break up before they even make it to wedding dress fittings.
First, things are really awkward between Zack and Irina from the start: Zack can’t stop staring intently at Irina when they’re first revealed to each other, which freaks her out (and she tells him so). Irina also says Zack resembles a “cartoon character,” which kinda seems to offend him. They clearly aren’t super psyched to be together, and they have zero physical intimacy in Mexico.
It should come as no surprise to anyone, then, that Zack and Irina call things off pretty quickly before the end of the Mexico trip. The convo itself is super uncomfy.
“I was gonna leave you on day three but I thought that’d be f*cked up,” Zack says. “I was going to leave you right after I saw you,” Irina responds. “But I stayed and gave it a chance.”
Zack gets back together with Bliss, his second choice.
Jackie and Marshall also call it quits in the newest batch of episodes (even though their vibe has been off the whole time). The camera then shows Jackie meeting up with one of her pod exes, Josh, and the two apparently decide to try things out again. They don’t really appear in the rest of the episodes, but a fan spotted them attending a Seattle Mariners baseball game together, and posted a video on TikTok, according to ET.
How will everything work out for the other couples on season 4 of Love Is Blind? Tune in to find out next Friday, and then for the live reunion on April 16—it’s going to be an epic finale for sure.
