- Jennifer Lopez, 54, shared a glowy, barefaced video on Instagram this week.
- The singer also went through her skincare routine, step-by-step.
- J.Lo also said that she uses her own beauty line’s products every day, and has worn sunscreen since she was in her early 20s.
Everyone knows Jennifer Lopez is the moment. Between her movies, stunting music career, and iconic relationship with Ben Affleck, who doesn’t want to be like J.Lo? Well, the “On The Floor” singer shared her step-by-step beauty routine on Instagram recently.
So, while I cannot deliver Ben Affleck in all his Dunkin’ Donuts glory to your door step, I can relay all the deets of the pop star’s skin regimen.
Step 1: You gotta glow. Yup. J.Lo’s subtly illuminate skin comes from one of her very own products: That J.Lo Glow Serum.
The star begins her video by saying she’s 54 years old and feels better than ever (Woo! Happy belated Birthday, J.Lo!). Then, it’s time to apply the serum. It looks like she squeezes a generous amount on to her hands, and applies it all over her face.
“For anybody who’s like, ‘J.Lo doesn’t use her own products on her skin, I’ll call bullsh*t right now,” she says in the video.
Step 2: Sunscreen.
J.Lo adds that she’s worn sunscreen since she was in her “very early 20s,” and TBH, that’s not bad advice! Her go-to is obviously the J.Lo That Big Screen. She rubs it in all over her neck and face. Full coverage equals best coverage.
And that’s it! Who knew J.Lo’s morning skincare was so simple. The finishes her video by reminding her followers that her video is “no filters” and “no retouching” on her video.
How else does this queen stay happy and healthy? The actress has said in the past that she drinks lots of water, sticks to mostly organic foods, and loves complex carbs (quinoa or sweet potatoes) with some leafy greens like kale.

Overall, it seems like J.Lo mostly tries to maintain balance.
“Throughout the years I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthier diet,” J.Lo told People. “I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don’t deprive myself,”
I love it. Keep doing you, queen!
